Recommended Reading for Consultants

I'm in the process of compiling a list of recommended reading for consultants. I'm looking for suggestions on books that have been influential in your career. The books don't have to be about consulting specifically. They can be topics ranging marketing to finance, maybe some fiction titles. How about a biography of a person you admire? The sky is the limit!

Post your book suggestions in the comments and include a word or two on why you like the title.

Seth Godin’s book Small is the New Big, which is a collection of his Fast Company columns and blog posts. Each item is the mental equivalent of a snack (a PowerBar or other tasty treat).
